End turn Wheel keeps spinning

When I finish a turn against my opponent and click end game the wheel pops up and keeps spinning and the game doesn't shut down. I think the turn gets through, I will have to check. I am playing a pbem game with my opponent.

When I finish a turn against my opponent and click end game the wheel pops up and keeps spinning and the game doesn't shut down.

This is a known issue, you need to install 1.01 patch from here.

If you're reading this and you're not sure whether you have version 1.01, you can go to "Credits" from the main menu: at the bottom of credits it should say "version 1.01" otherwise it's 1.00 and you need to patch up.
