Planes on carriers?

Hi,
If I create an aircraft carrier does it come with its own strike aircraft as part of its build? Or do I have say rebase a fighter unit onto it like a hex? I looked through the manual and didnt see it mentioned either way. Sorry for this simple questions but help sure appreciated!

The planes comes together with the carrier.
