Whats the use of DVs

Hi,

I´d like to know the answer to above - why have DVs- the Campaign does not chnage, right as it is the major gaol to survive the war...
What about the possibility to get supply to the units - maybe a t a far away point of the battlefield so one can take out all of the enemy units.
Will the artelliry be nerfed - so it does not detroy tanks easiyl - otherwise I constantly need to reload my game - thats frustrating...
