Qustion: How can I make a vehicle immobile?

Qustion: How can I make a vehicle immobile?

Gents,

Title says it all. I want to make an effect that destructible trucks are positioned on flat rail cars and they should not be able to move. I edited the map section below to be impassable but the trucks turn 90 degrees and jump off the rail cars in a retreat from my Tigers.

How is that possible to make?
