Good Guides To Editing TOAW III Scenarios?

I know this forum is dying, and with good reason (TOAW III is dead; long live TOAW IV!), but I haven't bought TOAW IV yet, and while getting ready to play John Schettler's "Vietnam Invasion 69", I realized it really needs an intervention option by Communist Chinese ground forces. (China had first warned that it would respond to an American invasion of North Vietnam with ground forces back in 1965.) I am playing around with the TOAW III scenario editor, but it is kludgy and some guidance would be great. Are there guides still available online which explain how to use the TOAW III scenario editor with some clarity and coherence? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer! :)
