Reinforcements bug

Bought the game yesterday. Looks nice, but there's one problem. It's not possible to click on the reinforcements buttons which makes the game ... well, sort of unplayable. I understand that this thing has been patched earlier, but I can't get to any of those patches and if I try to fix it via the game menu, I get the information that I have the latest updates. I'm a bit surprised about all this. What to do?

Oh, splendid! Thanks a lot. Now I can even read the numbers. Odd, though, I think I tried downloading from that link yesterday, but only got some odd looking file as a result. Anyway, now I can play the game. I'm grateful.[:)]
