German manpower?

German manpower?

Came back to this game after a long time and I'm disappointed to see how german manpower has changed.

Now I can easily end the war with more manpower than I started with. Is it possible to play under an older patch or to edit this out?

You can remove this single line in Data>Scripts>game_convoys.lua:
