Unable to play "go get those guns"

Unable to play "go get those guns"

When trying to play "go get those guns" it says that I must first complete "the round tops". I have played round tops 3 times and it still says the same thing. How can I correct this?

A major victory must be achieved on '...Round Tops' for it to carry over.
