10-men strength in Napoleonic BGs

I have been trying to make Nappy BGs work with 10-men strength points. So far in vain - when I load a scenario, the actual strength of units is far lower than it should be - as if they had lost half their numbers prior to the battle.

Has anyone tried to make Nappy BGs work with 10-men strength points? In CW BGs it worked.
