For questions about failure to install, lost serial numbers, how to redownload, etc. you should contact Matrix support -- see link at top of screen -- rather than posting in this sub-forum. This "Support" area should only be for matters that the developers of this game can address, whereas all issues involving obtaining and installing the game are for Matrix. If you are able to install the game successfully but have problems running it that is a problem for this sub-forum, and WCS staff will help you figure out the problem. But issues involving getting the game onto your computer to begin with are best pursued by directly contacting Matrix's support personnel.
