serial number is not working

serial number is not working

Hi - i am having reinstalled CNAW on a new computer as my other one died. However when i try to enter the serial number at setup, it tells me it is invalid? how can this be? i directly copied it from the matrix games "my games" library

never mind it is working now -- i redownloaded to a different location , and now it worked
