New units (work in progress)
My plan was to do a representaion of the Mainz (or Kurmainz) infantry of the Reichsarmee. The Austrian Wied infantry with it's green lapels is a good base for that, so I just needed to add turnbacks of the same colour and give the guys yellow breeches (and change the pompoms too, of course).
While working on that I thought it might be a good idea to do the Saxon Prinz Maximilian infantry first because it seems that they are not done yet.
Prinz Henrich, if otherwise I can change them anytime to Mainz infantry by adding the yellow breeches and changing the pompoms.
InfantryLine and InfantryKneelingLine are done, An officer is almost ready and a drummer is also in the making. I'll try to do the flagbearers too, well see ... Grenadiers, anyone? [;)]

RE: New units (work in progress)
Thank you! I like your Saxon units very much. Have you done more than you've posted in the thread you've linked above?
There are quite a few other units that I would like to do, but unfortunately I'm a bit short of time. I'll concentrate on officers/drummers first. When I'm ready with the ones for the Prinz Maximilian infantry I could recolour them for the other regiments.

RE: New units (work in progress)
EDIT:
Ok, after a longer time of absence I'm going to work on some new units. First of all I want to to some French ones for PrinzHenrich's Rossbach scenario which is in the making. So stay tuned. [:)]

RE: New units (work in progress)
Here's a unit I still had on my harddrive and did finish today: an officer for the Saxon Prinz Maximilian infantry. Because I used an Hungarian officer as a base he comes without a partisan - I hope you don't mind!

(Seems that I cannot upload pictures anymore, or maybe I'm too stupid - I always get the error message 'Missing required fields!'. And embedding pictures uploaded at Imageshack etc. results into a code snafu ... *sigh!*)

Good news! I'm already working on the Ansbach Dragoons; think that they're ready in a few days.

RE: New units (work in progress)
Very nice work!
Ansbach Dragoons are ready too, work needed less time than expected. Used Saxon Heavy Cavalry as base, whitened the yellowish coat, repainted the lapels, cuffs and saddlecloth etc blue. Would love to do flagbearers but that would be really time consuming. Maybe some day.

(In The 'Armies' folder you might create a 'Reichsarmee' folder.)

A bit difficult because of the black saddlecloth but I'll do that.

Check if DR Savoyen or Wurttemberg from austrians will not fit.

I did choose Savoyen. The 'Assault' file is already finished, but it's a bit more work than the Ansbach dragoons.

RE: New units (work in progress)
Thanks! And [:D].
If one has not to repaint everything, cavalry is relatively simple to do. Problem are the flagbearers, I'm still looking for a solution. Infantry units are very complex - so many files for a bataillon. I'll try this Swiss infantry for Rossbach but it will take time.
