HNM Vol 2

The Seven Years’ War was fought across the globe and called by some the first “World War” as virtually every major power participated. In the center of events was Prussia, almost constantly at war and lead by the now legendary Frederick the Great.

Relive the exciting and trying days of Frederick the Great in Horse and Musket: Volume I, the improved and expanded combination of the previous Prussian War Machine and Prussia’s Glory titles. Horse and Musket: Volume I is a reboot of the successful Horse and Musket series, including not only two solid historical titles in one package, but also many new game features, a powerful new editor, and a complete graphics overhaul to an already acclaimed gaming system.

Has this game been relegated to the Island of Misfit Toys?

It is look like it is dead. I am not developed crew. Don't have message from them. If i got permision and some resources I will published new scenarios with Swedens and Russians, but that also mean no new engine.

Really sad. Although it's AI is a major problem of this game, it is (IMHO) splendidly done concerning other aspects and a great representation of 18th century warfare. It would have been great to see other expansions of the game ...

Prinz, if you want to share some of your new scenarios with us it would be very appreciated! You always did high quality work. Scenarios with Swedes and Russians would be great too but we other players would need the new graphics for that. Would be generous if the developers would give you their permission to share them with us.

It is very sad but well, I can't do anything.
Swedens look really good. New prussians also. many of them there! I recieved today remains of Russians. Unfortunately it is just infantry. There is no cavalry or artillery. I don;'t have time for doing that.
We need 1 unit for cossack
1 unit for dragoons (http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... y_Dragoons)
1 for Horse Grenadiers (http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... Grenadiers),
1 unit for Cuirasiers (http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... s_Uniforms)
1 for artillery (http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... y_Regiment)
2-3 hussars units (http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... iy_Hussars, http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... iy_Hussars, http://www.kronoskaf.com/syw/index.php? ... iy_Hussars)
and maybe some more.
and artillery pieces:

I´ll see if I can fix some cavalry and artillery for you guys. The calvalry looked essentially like the Prussian cavalry so easily done. Cossacks I just need to 3D model some gear for them. However I have posted on the Beta forum and asked Tim or any other Matrix staff if we should continue the game.

I´ve had very difficult to find time for the game due to my new job, but that has settled now so I am all in for finishing the graphics up.

Else if the game is discontinued I will support it anyway and try to release "regiment packs" essentially whole armies.

Would be great. Cavalry yes indeed seems look pretty like Prussians. Magnus, if you don't have time, don't make flagbearers just one single graphic soldier for each unit. The horse grenadiers could be made by cutting heads from your grenadiers and pasting it for prussians dragoons.
As fast I have Russians, we can make some Great Northen War scenarios.

I have been considering buying this game for some time,
but waited for an update including GNW to appear.
You guys seem to be on to something now.
If I go ahead and buy the game as it is now, is there any chance
to get access to the new Swedish and Russian units described,
not to speak of some future scenarios that may appear?
