Turn 1. Sep/Oct 1939. Final Production. Axis.
Final Production [AXIS]
GER will Build with 22 Factories for Net 15 BP, 3 oil will be saved which 1 to BRNO & 2 to Berlin, should be 4 on Map next Turn
IT will save trade Oil to Trieste and build with 2
JP will save 2 Oil to Tokyo 1 to Canton, should be 5 on Map next Turn, Build with 14 Factories for 11, after Trade send should be net 10 BP

IT will scrap destroyed SCS only here
Japan.

(1) Got an issue of Japanese final production.
(2) Saving 3 additional oil for a total of 5 gives you 13 not 14 factories production.
(3) In order to continue, I'm going to make the following call (which I can edit to what you wish if that's not correct).
(4) Going to use 1 of your 5 saved oil for production to get to 14 factories producing; leaving you with 4 (and not 5) saved oil.
(5) At this stage MWIF is forcing me to use the saved Canton oil for production, which will leave you with 1 vs 2 saved oil in Canton.
[AXIS] Probably my bad with the JP Oil count, your working should be ok
