EoT

Germany placed one neutrality pact marker on offence, and one on defence.

Placed the Soviet one on offence. Have an earlier save if this should be changed.

Save from US entry mailed.

Remaining Axis end of turn stuff.

Use Oil:

Germany:
All units are reorganized for 2 oil (2.3). Use the two oil resources first.

Italy:
All units are reorganized for 2 oil (1.9). Use only the German oil saved in Berlin.

Japan:
All units are reorganized for 1 oil (1.1). Use the oil saved in Tokyo.

Breakdown:
-

Prod plan Final:
Germany - 24 production points - 16 BPs. Save 2 oil (One in Vienna, and one in Bratislava).
Italy - 3 production points - 2 BPs. Save 1 oil (One in Rome).
Japan - 14 production points - 10 BPs. Save three oil. Two NEI oil in Canton, and one US oil in Hiroshima. (This might need fixing with editing later on)

Scrap:
-

Production:

Germany (16):
2 MIL
INF
FTR3
3 Pilot

Italy (2):
NAV2

Japan (10):
Nanking CBV
3xMIL
TER
LND2

Conquest:
Belgium, Denmark, and French Somaliland were conquered by Axis.

Factory destruction:
Destroy blue factories in Liege, Shanghai, Changsha, and Canton

Reinforcements:

Germany:
LND2 (Hs 123) -> Saarbrucken
ARM Div + INF -> Königsberg
ART -> Saarbrucken

Italy:
Save pilot
MOT -> Genoa

Japan:
NAV2 + LND2 -> Sasebo
TERR -> Tsisihar
Remove 3 size (green) CVP1 in Fukuoka

Voluntary Resource Lending:
New; Germany -> Italy: 1 oil resource + 1 BP

Axis goes first if we win the initiative, demand re-roll if we do not win.

Suspect that there are several oil issues that needs fixing. I will get back on that after EoT is complete.

Yes, use the two oil resources first. Two of save Berlin Oil is for IT to use.
I don't want to all of Berlin oil, save 1 for editing, if needed.

Allies win the initiative. The Axis lost their reroll attempt. The Allies will move first.

The heavy rain poured relentlessly, transforming the once solid roads into a treacherous sea of mud. The German panzer armies, led by the determined Field marshal von Rundstedt, had already triumphantly annihilated Belgium, but now faced an unexpected adversary in the form of nature itself. As von Rundstedt drove through the French countryside in his command vehicle, he observed the disheartening sight of his powerful panzers, temporarily immobilized in a muddy field.

The atmosphere was charged with anticipation as von Rundstedt's vehicle approached the stranded tanks. Mud splattered against the windshield, obscuring his view, but he adjusted his goggles, determined not to let anything hinder his vision. With unwavering resolve, he directed his driver to slow down and carefully navigate the muddy terrain.

As they drew nearer, von Rundstedt could hear the rumbling engines of the immobilized panzers, the sound of their frustration resonating through the rain-soaked air. The soldiers, their uniforms covered in mud and exhaustion etched on their faces, looked up in surprise as von Rundstedt's vehicle approached. It was as if a ray of hope had pierced through the gloom.

von Rundstedt, a seasoned military strategist, understood the importance of momentum and seizing opportunities. He knew that their advance could not be halted by something as seemingly trivial as mud. Stepping out of his vehicle onto the soggy ground, he gazed resolutely at his beleaguered troops. With a commanding voice, he called out to them, cutting through the clamor of the rain.

"Soldiers of the Fatherland!" he bellowed, his voice carrying above the sounds of nature's onslaught. "We are not defeated by a little mud! We are conquerors, and no obstacle shall impede our path to victory!"
