The Allies find 9 vs 1. The only box you can fight is the 3 box. Otherwise you can pick another box and avoid.

Very few land moves for Germany. Infantry in Finland moves two hexes North. Armor Stack in Hungary advances to Rumanian border.

Germany moves FW from Northern Italy to Sicily. Air transport on the paratrooper in Tunisia and Stuka from Northern Italy to Hungary.
Italy moves BA.65 two hexes to the east in Sicily.

Newsflash:
The loss of the newly created 4th Corps has caused an insurgence in anti-Japanese sentiment in India.
The Corps were lost after being ambushed by Japanese supported terrorists. The terrorists have been claiming to be peaceful protesters, but the recent attack on the 4th Corps has made their true colour shown. Also, proof has been discovered that Japan had smuggled military advisors, and military weapons to the terrorists. Picture of the losses for Jan/Feb '42.

Use 2.45 oil for Japan like picture below.
Reorganize all for Germany.
Use German oil for Italy. You should be able to utilize their oil like so:

Place pilots in arriving fighters for Germany. Fockewulf in Munich, other in Konigsberg.
Place 5-3 infantry corps along with artillery in Breslau. Others in Konigsberg.
Italy all arriving ships in La Spezia.
Put pilots in the Hayabusa (fighter 2) and one of the orange A6M3 carrier plane fighters. Hayabusa in Sapparo. Rest in Tokyo.
Remove the Ki 21 Sally from the map.
No change in lending. If the Axis win the initiative the Axis will move first but no reroll.
Place 5-3 infantry corps along with artillery in Breslau. Others in Konigsberg.
