Cursor clerk on holiday

I have an odd problem in one modded scenario. For some reason, the information about location number and other features doesn't always show up when hoovering cursor over hex. Has anyone else had this issue? It seems to be more frequent in some areas of the map, and some locations is impossible to gain information from. What have I done to cause this??
