Hi everyone, today we are releasing a small update for WarPlan.

• CHANGE Soviets operation points for armor and mech go to 7 in April 1942, was October 1942
• FIXED Arabian convoy interfering with Pacific Resources
• FIXED Help section for minor countries
• FIXED Came up with better solution for intercepting fleets going to port
• FIXED "Y" toggle for convoy lanes
• FIXED computer opponent using too many ships in CV fleets
• CHANGE convoy attack/defense luck roll variance reduced by 50%
