My understanding is that Moderators are mainly there to see that Forum rules are observed and use discipline where necessary.
Moving the training videos link to the Stickied area may be an Administrator role - weighing that versus too many stickies (users don't like all the scrolling) and concerns with possible security issues in an off-site link.

Just my take on what the structure might be - so I am suggesting asking the Administrator about the sticky offer.

New video released!

In part 2 of 3 of this pilot management and training tutorial, I will explain how you can use either automatic or manual pilot assignment for your squadrons. I'll also show you how you can transfer pilots in bulk from various pools, as well as the "request veteran" method. There are several penalties involved in using that option when name-selecting pilots, so I'll show you these penalties and ways to circumvent it. There's a ton of information in this video, come take a look and ask your questions!

Got a new one for you guys!

In this tutorial I will explain what exactly "Assault Value" is and how the game attempts to calculate it for combat. New players tend to view the assault value of a unit or a stack of unit as the end all, be all determination of an attack's chance of success, but there is so much more to it than that.

I'll break down what actually makes up assault value and how it's defined in the manual, how to determine the firepower of your units, and give you some things to consider when planning ground combat.

Finally, I will end the discussion with a practical example of assault value in action, where the numbers on paper didn't equal to success in reality.
