Squad fired at non-adjacent AFV

Post by rmmwilg »

A US squad fired at a moving half-track using their inherent FP. While normally not capable of being buttoned up, the half-track had been previously stunned, so actually was button up. Squads should not, otherwise be able to fire inherent FP against AFV unless they're adjacent. Attack left residual FP in the hex. Maybe the game did not recognize the unusual buttoned up state for an open topped AFV? Both were on the same elevation. No screenshot for this.

I checked this and this works as intended. You can continue to fire att the Half Truck with the intent to leave Residual Fire Power in the location.

Interesting. Hadn't thought of that tactic!
