RUS-How Do I Play with 2D/3D Troop Display Markers/Portraits?

Hello,
For the life of me, I can't find how to turn on the 2D Troop Display Markers/Portraits in RUS. All I have is a tiny, semi-circle marker for any troops on the map. I find this annoying, as I've watched others play and they all have the markers--I prefer this, as I have other AGEOD games that show them.
I've checked the Settings, and the in-game options, even searched the manual; and even went into the file with Notepad and changed the number for the 3D part, I didn't see anything for the portrait (perhaps, it's the same as 3D?)...but alas, nothing. Any Help would be much appreciated.
