I've updated the first post with version 2.28. This has a couple of fixes to issues detected in 2.27

Added v2.29 on the first post. This contains mainly minor changes and fixes after the big changes made to Allied infantry replacements for v2.28. Full changelog is as follows:

• Restored mysteriously missing Japanese mountain divisions
• Reduced “agility” rating for destroyers to make them vulnerable to level bombers
• Cleaned up the map to remove offshore river hexes which allowed engineer units to enter
• Spread arrival of 2nd AAC corps over 5 turns
• Reviewed (and reduced) various excess replacement rates for both forces
• Reorganised Allied armour. Allied infantry now has fewer tanks and more armoured cars, with 2 late game infantry divisions replaced with more armour. The first new M4/76 will also arrive earlier, and more divisions will ultimately be equipped with them
• Slight improvements to Japanese offmap bases
• Fixed bug in Axis fleet unit events
• Reworked Japanese armour
• Reworked late war Luftwaffe units
• Me-109 and A6M replacements now stop on turn 70
• USAAF now receives small divebomber units
• Concentrated Allied siege artillery in higher HQs
• Reduced German rocket artillery
• Added one more independent siege artillery unit for each force
• Added replacement tracker equipment line for Allies
• Added minor Axis supply points in the mountain west
• Fixed bug in EEV events for tracking port selection
• Other minor fixes

Glad to see this back in active development.
A scenario that was always fun to play and read about.
