There use to be TOAW-site which had TO&E's for the major powers during WW2. This is where I got mine from and copied and pasted into word. I cannot remember what I did with them, and was hoping someone remembered the TOAW site.

If you manage to get what you want again putting it on a thumb drive would help. Or maybe use something like dropbox.

BTW: Lots of scenarios actually contain exactly what you want.

The attached zip contains a scn which is actually a TO&E document. Contains division-to-battalion level TO&Es for German and British divisions. Some information on Soviet and US units is included. Recommend using the jump map to navigate. This scn probably doesn't provide everything you're looking for, but it's a start.

Read the scenario briefing for important foot notes. All credit for this scenario goes to Derek Weichs.

As a ready resource, suggest you borrow from TO&Es used in existing scenarios. The Third World War series, Fulda 76, NATO-Warsaw Pact 62 and many others might have what you need.
Just note, that some scenarios use custom equipment databases or graphics, so copying straight from theirs to yours may not be straight forward.

"Cold War" is a broad topic. Are you looking for something specific in terms of years, countries, and echelon of formations ?

I'm not familiar with the boardgames. You'll have to download and check out the individual scenarios. They can be found on the thread "WWIII scenarios by Trey Marshall".

Read the scenario briefing Designer Notes regarding generation of the TO&Es. Otherwise, start doing your own research.
