Error messages

Just purchased this. Starting my first game. Trying to move a unit I get this messagebox - any ideas?
My screen is 1920 x 1080, Windows 10

In the setting screen, change the screen to full, that is change setting button from blue to gray. My game was working fine until I changed this setting.
