any opinions about panzer level 3

am no expert in anything and am not triying to be expert in nothing

but this game (probably the best with WITP) has good develop, so the level 3 panzer tanks is what stop Axis to win more

The level 3 panzers make them week is extraordinary the losses of this level, so Axis they must upgrade to level 4 panzers to win (or have a the chance) inmediaty, but it depend on investigation and that is the point

panzer level 3 is the wekness of the axis armys, they punch but not enough, they punch but with great losses so you have to fix them often and more, which makes slowly advances on axis
