Regime profile colors

Is it possible to increase regime profile colors in the panel?
It's a little too pale.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but you can change your own regime's profile colors (but not other regimes) when you first start up a game. At the following screen, you can change your regime's primary and unit colors to just about anything.
