Unit Feats Dissappear after Unification with Minor

Hello,
Not sure this is working as intended but in a previous game I recall unit feats which came attached to units you gain from unification / annexation disappear the 1st turn after you executed said stratagem....
I think it adds way more flavor to the game if you get the call new units; Confeds, Guardians etc and keep the unit feats as well!!!!
