Easy Navy units/Race traits(amphibious unit)

Wouldn't it be easy to add naval units if you add traits/perks(fauna feats(humans would have a default 0 bonus one?) to the human troops then add a new unlockable unit type Navy seals which would get the amphibious feat/perk? It could be like the airforce dlc as it would make it much harder to play on ocean worlds if the ai will send navy seals over the ocean. But also a quick way to make the oceania dlc have a navy unit. Or have them get a navy seal only unit feat which gives them the ability to cross water. The only issue is logistics but then you could just have lvl3 or so ports give a large radius of logistics over water. The ai wouldn't need that level of port. There's no need for the ai or human to mess with each others logistics over the ocean for now(since the ai has none).

It'd be a good way to add a interim naval force to add to the game. Also it'd add the possibility for mutant major ai's to have traits(fauna feats? not as op as the current ones for major races) that give them a edge over others randomly and it'd add a new feature to mod and since native ai already has this feature giving human/ ai majors the possibility to have those perks shouldn't be that hard(but different from what the neutral ai has at the moment).

With this new feature we could definitely have race mods and it should be simple to add. It might be hard to make the fauna feat exclusive to navy seals. But it could be a decently quick evolution/mutant dlc/ update.

There could also be a fate card ai walker type that could travel over the ocean. Even if the navy seals aren't added the fauna feats for major ai's/ humans should be so it can be modded and races modded into the game. The feats may need to be toggleable on/off at creation for majors for pvp but if everyone starts with the same feat (humans) then it wouldn't matter. Ai would have random feats.
