[1.20f]Shadow Empires won't minimize while downloading friles from FTP server

I have a weird issue. Generally if I hit Windows+D, Shadow Empire Minimizes to show me the Desktop.
That for some reason isn't the case while I am downloading a file, from a FTP server, using the Windows Explorer.

It works perfectly before. It works perfectly after. But for some reason not during.
