[1.26k2]Supply flow disappears at a dead end

Both possible routes are prohibited for non-pull-points.
It seemed to me that the flow should bypass this rule and flow along both routes, as it does if I only block part of it to the west.

Blocked logistics are lost logistics, if there is nowhere for them to go. They just evaporate, or spend the rest of the turn smoking outside their trucks.

This is not the case here because I let the pull-points pass.
If I block 95% to the west, all the flow goes there.
