CPU Spikes to 100% Using Aircraft in AO42

This week I've noticed at times (every minute or so) when I selected an aircraft playing PC2AO42, the CPU would spike to 100%, I receive no battle predictions, or any support from adjacent units. This became very apparent when playing Operation Cerberus. No changes have been made to my PC whatsoever. GPU routinely runs in the 25% usage while playing; this is only the CPU spiking in Task Manager for this .exe.

Was a patch released this week? Am running v: 01.03.03

Lowering graphics quality had no effect on CPU spikes. All other apps shutdown, rebooted, standard troubleshooting already done to no avail.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-core. 3.6 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super (Driver v.30.0.15.1295)
Windows 10 Home
64 GB RAM
