A couple of questions about scenarios

Hello,
Where do I look to find individual scenarios to play? When I open the main window and go to the Scenarios tab, all that I see is a message 'No Custom Scenarios Available'. Am I correct in thinking that I need to play the entire way through a campaign and then the individual scenarios of that campaign will become available? Are there any scenarios in the DLC packages that are not part of the contained campaign?

2nd question regarding scenarios - Is it possible for me to load and modify scenarios that come with the DLCs into the editor so that I can modify and study them?
