Axis port supply not working April 1944

Axis port supply not working April 1944

Hello, I managed to retake the Italian mainland as Germans. I am aware that axis rail repair in Southern Italy doesn't work but port supply doesn't seem to be working either. I still have 8 cargo ships left so not sure why?

What do the Allied naval interdiction numbers look like?

There was some allied NI arround some of the ports but even the ones free of NI and able to trace a path back to the big supply ports weren't drawing any supply. I think it has something to do with cargo ships being unavailable later in the war...

well I have never got into this position before but what I will say is great work pushing the Allies back it gives me hope in my current game.
