Intermediate Germany player for Bitter End...

Looking for a 1941 Germany intermediate campaign opponent. I only played single player, but did some opposed game play in WITE1.

About 1-2 turns per week at best.

I would like to play with the "default" multiplayer options, but I´m not sure what is the accepted ones now. These seems easy enough to agree upon?

What is better nowadays?

No para attacks?
No amphibious invasions?
What about the new retreat rule and combat delay settings?
