Hello, I don't suppose someone could explain to me how to properly install this mod, I have modded this game before, it was specifically for the bacon mod but it was years ago and I don't quite remember how to do it, I used a video then but I can't seem to find it. I installed it into the same folder that the EXE file is in but I didn't see any noticeable difference, I installed it into the customization folder, same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I was looking to use DWUR, just FYI if that matters/changes anything.

From what I've been able to find after diving through the files, there's no mention of how to install the expansion mod within DWUR, maybe an older version had it, but its not there anymore

so if anyone has insight or know-how, it would be greatly appreciated!

There's a little mistake in the first post on this thread in the 'installation' section. You need to copy all the files FROM the Expansion mod zip's 'full' folder to the game root directory, not the folder itself, which sounds like your problem.

The first post in the DWUR thread tells you how to install that mod.

Hi, Google Download won't let me download this mod, it says it has a virus. Where do I download this mod?

So I don't know if this mod specifically is what is causing it or maybe it is the DWUR Mod I use with this, but I can't seem to change the pictures of my ships, as soon as I do it reverts to the default one. It's somewhat annoying since Bacon mod suggests I can use multiple pics for the same class of ship

After investigation I've worked out that the expansion mod does break the multiple-ship pics feature. It works ok with the basic bacon/RetreatUE/Das chrome mod combo but not with the expansion mod/bacon combo or with that and the DWUR mod.

I know Alvek is away but this is my first time playing this or Bacon's mod, is it normal for most of the stars to not have resources? Some of the stars don't even have asteroids/planets/gas giants? My explorers have been having issues actually "discovering" the stars, so I would click them and press Ctrl+F to identify the star and sometimes it will reveal planets, etc. and it seems like most of the time they don't have resources. Other cases the stars are completely empty.

I used the !nukem command during during pre-warp, I'm not sure if this messed something up or if the number of celestial items were just reduced in order to help with late game lag, etc.

Any guidance from anyone would be appreciated.
