Pirate Custom Victory Condition Bug

Well this may be moot at this point in time ... but for the record I post this.

I have been noticing that I was not being rewarded for the most defense missions in terms of victory conditions met (in the custom red portion). I was always thinking that I should have the most income accumulated but was never certain until this instance:

Looking at all the other Pirate victory conditions paying attention to the defend missions target, I noticed that the one Pirate faction Kubindi Marauders had the most, only when looking at their victory conditions it showed 0%.
