Axis Video Campaign

Post by *Lava* »

Heya!

Don't know if anyone is interested but I have started a video campaign of this most excellent game which I just recently bought.

I am playing the Axis on normal with historical settings. You can see my first actual move here:

Not the greatest general, but things seem to be okay... for the moment. ;)

These 2 videos of my opening moves are just an experimental play through. I have been playing the first couple months a few times to get to understand the game.

I am currently actually playing the campaign. If it finishes well, I will publish a complete video AAR on my YouTube channel.

You know, there is also learning and some would even say joy, in losing. So I wouldn't worry too much about winning, it will be an adventure regardless :)

So I finally won my first game! Took long enough.

I have prepared an AAR video on the game which concentrates mostly on lessons learned and tips. At minute 37:00, I switch over to a discussion of relationships with your junior and senior staff and try to explain how they effect game play. Hope you find the video useful and sorry if the volume is a bit low.

You can find the video here:
