When playing as Soviets in single player, is there any point in having Zhukov blow up bridges?

Various other forum posts indicate that the Germans are not subject to supply rules when they're controlled by the AI, so just wondering if there's any value in using Zhukov to blow bridges at all.

If not, he would probably be better utilised bolstering initiative or doing an all out effort.

Hi Paul,

You'd be correct. It does have an effect but for the German AI it's fairly minimal.

Zhukov could be put to better use elsewhere.

Cheers,
Cameron
