Good Day,
I was trying to download the manual today and it just hung there for hours. Also it says on my games page no physical update available yet when you purchase it new you can order a physical upgrade. How can I get the physical upgrade now that I already own a copy?

I don't know about the physical manual, but I think the download link could be fixed. I think you need to contact Matrix Support though.
