Entrenchments plus Community Project query

The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue simulates the German drive to Stalingrad and into the Caucasus of the summer of 1942, as well as its May preludes (2nd Kharkov offensive, Operation Trappenjagd) and also the Soviet winter counter-offensive (Operation Uranus) that ended with the encirclement of 6th Army in Stalingrad and the destruction of the axis minor armies. With many improvements including the PBEM++ system, this is a release to watch for wargamers!

Entrenchments plus Community Project query

Post by PongoDeMer »

Could anyone tell me how entrenchments work in the Decisive Campaigns series?
1) Is this done automatically when infantry/engineers remain in a location?
2) Is there any provision for improvement - eg turning a shell-scrape into a trench?

Community Project

I would like to make my own scenarios. Currently, only Case Blue has a scenario editor. I have seen comments about the Community Project that imply that there is a separate scenario editor that works with the games. However, when I followed the links, all I found was website design software. Could anybody point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance,

Pongo

U have an auto-entrench for every terrain that immediately is put into effect when a unit marches into. And after sitting still the entrenchment maximizes over time until it reaches the terrain-specific maximum.
