steam key revoked, and no files nor serial here ???

steam key revoked, and no files nor serial here ???

I purchased Case Blue, as well as the other DC Warsaw and Barbarossa, and got a Steam key.

A few minutes ago, I have been noticed by Steam that my Case Blue key has been revoked. I went here to check on my page, only to see that, if the game is still in my Matrix library, the files cannot be downloaded, and there is no serial available for a use out of Steam.

And the same situation is happening with DC Barbarossa : no files download, no Matrix serial, but the game is still in my Steam account and my Matrix library.

When it comes to DC Warsaw, the game is still on my Steam account and Matrix library, the serial is available, and the files too.

What is going on ?

Sounds like you need to contact Matrix Support.
