Windows XP 1g ram

Product page said 1.5 gig ram needed. Do you think I could get by with 1 gig?
Can one play either side or in a hot-seat mode?

Hi there mmccot,

I think it should just work, but this is a CAVEAT EMPTOR / buy at own risk, because I have not tested it.

The thing is Windows Vista/Windows7 the OS eats much more RAM itself than Windows XP, so I think if you switch down any other programs it should work.

There is PBEM and hotseat support and all sides can be played by humans OR computer.

That's great, didn't know both sides playable.
I'll risk it because I don't have much running in the background. Hard to pass up a good deal. Not many newer games available for an older machine.

I run both DC games in a virtual machine. The guest operating system is Widows XP and it has 1gb of RAM available. The games run well even there, so you should be just fine.
