CMBS install trouble: SOLVED!

I opened a ticket about this, but I figured I'd post it here too to see if anyone can help.

I just redeemed my serial# for Combat Mission Black Sea on your site. I had originally purchased it from Battlefront. I uninstalled my old (Battlefront) version (2.18). I have tried multiple time to install the new version that I downloaded from your site, but I get a message saying “Combat Mission Black Sea Different version installed” (I’ve included a screen shot. I even reinstalled the old Battlefront version and uninstalled it again, but it did not help. I even scrubbed the registry of any Battlefront entries and that did not help.

I had no issues with any of the other games (I have just about everything they made). This is the only trouble I’ve had converting my purchases to Matrix.

SOLUTION: Tech support got back to me very quickly and it was a matter of manually removing an old registry entry from the Battlefront CMBS. Problem solved!
