How to replace tanks in scenario

I would like to replace the M48 tanks with Centurions in the Valley of Tears scenario. I made a copy of the scenario and edited the OOB file, but still cannot figure out how to swap the M48's for Centurions.

So the question is, how do you switch out units in a scenario using the editor?

You could have just performed a unit swap...
