11.40am, while i still retreat and recover my men around the fort, i still progress on my long march of my reinforcements along the long Yorktown road, only Hancock's Brigade makes good progress.

2nd Divisional Artillery goes to support the units at the fort, or at least goes on the march towards it for now, as Peck's 2nd Brigade arrives and also starts in long march to the front.

2 Brigades fail to move when asked, both maybe because of the rain and mud and over worked Yorktown road, either way it again slows down some reinforcements arriving at the front, so again delays the attack on the fort.

11.40am, with Pickett's men in line i place them in to attack mode and in line they rush forward and retreat across the ravine and try and attack the retreating US units placed there, as next turn i aim on going on the offensive by 3 brigades

12pm, again 2 Briages failed to do as asked, but the most did, so the reinforcements move slowly along, while i see a CSA attack forming on my left flank i change the units there to brigade hold to keep it pushing or turning that flank

12pm, Pickett's Brigade goes in but does little impact so i release 2 more brigades in support to see if i can weaken there left flank and turn the attack on the fort from reforming

12.20pm, with Brooks Brigade unlocking from summer HQ i send them up the middle road away from summer HQ to probe and scout out any units there if none are found i'll attack the fort from here, elsewhere the reinforcements make slow progress, with the left flank being attacked i pull it back and wait to be reinforced before i go back on to the offensive for now.

With the front being stable for the moment i look at the state of traffic on the Yorktown road and wonder how the log jam will get any better if the rain keeps coming as the mud gets deeper

12.20pm now i need to rush units to the right flank to counter this threat as it will fold under pressure as there only cav units in this area atm in the redoubts, so only Pickett's men are making the attack as my other brigades change brigade orders back to rally and hold.

12.40pm with Hancock making good time, they change orders from march to advance to contact and probe the units they see, while elsewhere i keep the reinforcements going slowly along, with my left flank holding and more artillery near to support the fort now, it won't be long before the assault goes back in again.

The left flank see's some heavy fighting but holds

12.40pm and Pickett's brigade are moved back and placed on hold, while i scout out both flanks and check the progress of the troops amassing around the fort and paln on what to do next, too early to withdraw as yet, so will hold on awhile longer

1pm with Hooker's brigade the only units that failed to obey orders, that flank is the only one that doesn't make progress, while elsewhere i make steady progress and hold at the fort while i rally for one more turn before i again send in the assault

1pm with Jefferson davis legion and Jeb Stuart's cav scouts coming under attack, i withdraw them both to safer positions as they are too far out to support with infantry, while elsewhere there is little action to report, just the odd probes and spoiling fire to keep my mens heads down

1.20pm the attack goes back in on the fort, with reinforcements on there way, and both the left and right flanks making good ground and in contact with the CSA defenders, i have more than enough men now in play on the field to do a assault on the fort while i pressure the flanks as well

1.20pm, i pull back my right flank and leave cub creek as i have delayed them enough there for now, with the left flank holding and no reinforcements i keep my men in rally mode at the fort for as long as possible as i see a attack forming again

1.40pm end of CSA turn report, as i withdraw my cav scouts and change all orders to hold and prepare to be attacked, with all my lines shortening i will hold better and be better defensively.
