Merge Jap div?

Can you somehow merge Japanese div into an army? I'm guessing not, but if so how?

Nope you can't only 1/2 armies can be merged into an army

Japanese divisions are oversized divisions that ran around independently.

It was difficult creating their OOB as they are all over the place.

My New Years wish was for WP2 ASAP. Have about a doz gaming buddies that feel the same way!
