Railroad supply in India

Hello everyone !

It is still the painful with its questions. Exactly, can someone tell me why my supply does not go through the railroad in the image below?

The situation is already not brilliant, so if in addition my army lacks everything, it will be very very complicated... It is true that now, at the point where I am. However, I would like to know why.

You mean under the 3-4 inf.? Could it be that it was captured by the Japanese and you just go it it back that same turn?

Correct.

I have had your units surrounded at the end of my turn.
That means on your turn they start out of supply. You then "reconnect" supply BUT need to hold it long enough for your turn to start.
