[Fixed] Blue Dawn after update: unable to arm new fighters at Seosan/Haemi

I recently decided to go over some old scenarios to see how the update changed how to play them and found that at Seosan/Haemi airport in the Blue Dawn scenario, it is not possible to arm any of the reserve aircraft as fighters due to a lack of Condor2 Recce Pods or K/ALQ-200K DECM Pods. I would just like to know if this is intentional and if not, can it be fixed.
