[1307.2] UI: OoB Units by Type / Mission doesn't hyperlink to DB

In Order of Battle + Contacts window, tab Units By Group correctly hyperlinks to the DB when double-clicking on an unit.
This is not the case for the tab Units By Type and should be corrected.
This is also not the case for the tab Units by Mission/Task.

This is important because the Units By Type is one of the best ways to figure out, when starting a scenario, what units you have, and then study them in the DB.

You realize that you can 'Browse Scenario Platforms' from the 'Game' dropdown.

Browse Scenario Platforms tells a similar but not identical story, as the OoB Unit by Type view also shows:
* loadouts
* number of units for each type

which both are immensely useful to know.

Current build (1307.14)
Double-clicking on unit in either of the other windows brings up DB viewer - the yellow units.
