Chinese (and others) satellite issues

See attached screenshot - many of China's satellites seem to be deployed right on top of each other. The Yaogan-30 satellite constellation is particularly bad. I can manually edit their location in the editor, but really I think they should deploy in more of a spread out manner. Some US satellite groups are like this as well - but the Chinese constellations are particularly odd. Working as intended?
